Wired's best Facebook apps

Wired lists their picks of best Facebook apps "for super social geeks," including 30 Boxes Calendar, previously-posted iTunes plugin iLike and Where I've Been personal map, among others. Facebook is a walled garden, and Facebook Apps is more a way to let the outside world IN for current users than anything else, as most of these are available to everyone in one form or another on that open thing we call the internet.
