What you opinion on age gaps in relationships?

What you opinion on age gaps in relationships? What's ok, whats just
gross and from your experience what actually works. I'm 18 and I met
this guy through work stuff (its' ok we don't actually work together,
just the same field) who is 28. We get along really well and when I'm
with him I cant help but smile! His age just worries me as he has
already done a lot of things that I would like to do in life and I would
want to be able to socialize with his friends and vice versa... any
opinions are much appreciated!
